Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead design initiatives and collaborate with the creative team to deliver high-quality design solutions. The role involves creating visual concepts, designing branding materials, logos, and marketing assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the entire design process from concept to final execution across various branding and promotional materials
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to produce cohesive and impactful visual content
• Utilise AI tools to enhance key visuals, optimise design workflows, and improve overall production efficiency
• Conduct regular research and analysis of visual and creative trends to elevate design quality and ensure brand consistency
• Create and adapt designs for both online and offline marketing channels to strengthen client brand presence
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for clients across all communication and social media touchpoints
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
• Provide creative direction, guidance, and feedback to the Graphic Design team

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, or in a similar creative role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital, motion, and POSM design
• Highly creative with excellent attention to detail and strong aesthetic judgment
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Passionate about creativity, innovation, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in AI-assisted design tools is a strong plus
