A User Experience Designer is needed to shape intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across various platforms, collaborating closely with Product Management, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and end users.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and concept designs using industry-standard tools
- Maintain and improve the organization's design system, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
- Create detailed UI specifications for development teams to implement designs accurately
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Psychology, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience (additional 4 years if no degree)
- Minimum of 3 years of related UX design experience
- Preferred certification: User Experience Certified User Experience Professional (CUEP)
Key Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Axure, Balsamiq, Invision, UXPin, InDesign, Sketch
- Knowledge of markup languages HTML/CSS
- Basic understanding of Lean UX and Agile methodologies
