UX/UI Designer

A UX/UI Designer is needed to lead the design of user-centric digital products and interfaces, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and analysis to identify user needs, pain points and opportunities for improvement
• Develop information architecture, user journeys, personas, site maps, process flows and wireframes to illustrate design concepts
• Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency with brand and design systems
• Collaborate with engineers and development teams to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately; communicate design rationale clearly

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in UX and UI design (web, mobile or digital products)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, interaction design, and UX process (from research through to high-fidelity prototype)
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or equivalent
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, user flows, information architecture, and visual design (layout, typography, colour, iconography)
