Brightway is looking for a Sr. User Experience Designer to join their growing UX organization, working on experiences for insurance agents, customer service advisors, and Brightway customers.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and drive design work without waiting for assignments
- Translate shifting business priorities and user feedback into rapid design iterations
- Conduct proactive user outreach, gather insights, and convert them into actionable recommendations
- Lead end-to-end design work—from discovery through high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and dev-ready specifications
- Communicate clearly with product, engineering, and your design lead to ensure alignment and velocity
Requirements
- 3+ years in UX design with a strong portfolio, including 0–1 product work
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and at speed in fast-paced environments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across product and engineering teams
- Proficiency in Figma, design systems, accessibility standards, and qualitative research
