Lead Product Designer

Lead Product Designer to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) product team, driving design excellence and user experience for authentication, registration, and account recovery flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for IAM features and products
• Serve as a primary point of contact with cross-functional partners
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints
• Lead and execute strategic design initiatives
• Model exemplary design practices for the team

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design
• Proven track record in Identity & Access Management or related domains
• Demonstrated experience of UX and interaction design methodologies
• Understanding of security, privacy, and regulatory requirements impacting user identity

Key Skills

• UX and interaction design methodologies
• Figma
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategically adept with a penchant for curiosity
• Understanding of accessibility standards and security principles
