The Customer Service Division Tech team is looking for a high-impact and versatile Senior Product Designer to create and transform digital experiences for both internal and external audiences.
Responsibilities
- Have strong knowledge of Interaction Design, Service Design, Design Excellence, Information Architecture, and/or Pro in Figma
- Evangelize UX practices across a portfolio of projects, and be a strong voice for Human Centered design
- Provide design guidance and support to designers deployed to cross-functional groups responsible for multi-team, digital products
- Mentor designers to support their growth as UX practitioners
- Contribute to the inclusive culture of the larger Digital team
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Interaction Design, Service Design, Design Excellence, Information Architecture, and/or Pro in Figma
- Experience in guiding the user experience across website strategy inclusive of web-based software
- Ability to take a leadership role working with multiple designers
- Ability to mentor designers to support their growth as UX practitioners
