Sustainment is looking for a Product Designer to own meaningful slices of our end-to-end RFQ-to-PO experience, working closely with product and engineering to identify problems and ship high-quality workflow improvements.
Responsibilities
- Own design for key workflows in the procurement lifecycle
- Partner with PM, other designers, and engineers from discovery through delivery
- Plan and run lightweight user research
- Produce clear UX artifacts in Figma
- Collaborate tightly with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation
- Contribute to our emerging design system and reusable workflow patterns
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience on complex web applications or SaaS products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end workflow thinking
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping practices
- Comfort working in ambiguity and moving from rough problem framing to shipped solutions
- Solid collaboration and communication skills, especially with engineers
