The User Experience Designer will play a critical role in driving measurable revenue and performance improvements through the creation of data-informed, conversion rate optimization (CRO) focused user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver complete, test-ready user experiences from concept through high-fidelity prototypes and developer hand-off
- Lead design projects independently, including stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and iterative testing
- Analyze behavioral data, metrics such as CVR and revenue per session, heatmaps, and user recordings to generate insights and validate design hypotheses
- Identify underperforming experiences and proactively implement iterative UX and CRO improvements
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and technical requirements
Requirements
- 8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment
- Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics such as conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session
- Proficiency in Figma or similar wireframing and prototyping tools
- Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite for design execution
- Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO
