As a Senior UX Designer, you will work at the intersection of user behavior, technology, and system development. Your role includes establishing structures and routines for UX work and conducting insights work with end-users in various environments.
Responsibilities
- Building up and establishing structures, routines and working methods for UX work in the organization
- Conducting insight work on site with end users in various environments, as well as mapping needs, decision-making environments and operational conditions
- Developing customer journeys, concepts, prototypes and service flows that support both operators, technical teams and business-near functions
- Facilitating workshops with different competencies, contributing to increased customer focus and supporting the organization in working more efficiently
- Ensuring that services and systems are intuitive, of high quality and based on actual user needs
Requirements
- Experience of UX, UI and service design
- Experience of user-centered development in complex or technically advanced environments
- Experience of leading or driving transformation journeys
- Ability to create structure and direction in changing conditions
- Security in facilitating workshops and leading cross-functional collaborations
- Ability to combine design methodology and engineering perspective
- Very good communicative ability and experience of collaboration with several stakeholders
- Ability to navigate long development cycles and complex system logic
- Strong driving force, curiosity and willingness to contribute to social benefits and safety
