As the Founding Product Designer/Researcher, you will have full ownership of design and research across JAAQ’s entire portfolio. You will lead discovery and research, design end-to-end experiences, and create scalable systems that enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and research: design research plans, run interviews, test prototypes, and drive insights that shape product direction
- Design end-to-end experiences: craft flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes across web, app, SDK, and dashboard surfaces
- Create scalable systems: build a unified design system and component library used across multiple JAAQ products
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on UX design and research experience across SaaS, platforms, or data-rich products
- Strong end-to-end product design skills — from discovery to high-fidelity prototypes
- Experience building reusable systems, component libraries, or SDKs
Key Skills
- A passion for designing safe, ethical, explainable AI experiences
- Confidence operating autonomously in early-stage environments — you bring structure, not wait for it
