You will own complex product areas end-to-end, from discovery and research through to polished, production-ready design. You will work across multiple products and mentor other designers to raise the bar for craft and outcomes across the team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with PMs, Engineering, and stakeholders to define product goals and make evidence-based decisions
- Conduct user research to uncover needs, behaviours, and opportunities
- Create clear, actionable prototypes, flows, and UI design
- Drive usability testing and rapid iteration
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Design experience, ideally in fintech or a fast-paced startup
- Strong mobile app experience and web experience
- Confident leading complex discovery, translating insights into actionable product direction
Key Skills
- Strong collaboration, feedback loops and coaching skills
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate workflow, creativity, and throughput
