Product Designer II (Remote)

The Product Designer II will collaborate with teams to define design challenges and lead research efforts to uncover insights. This role involves driving UX deliverables across the full product lifecycle and presenting design recommendations to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product designers and UX strategists to define design challenges and establish strategic approaches
- Conduct user research and usability studies, producing insights and recommendations for senior audiences
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business goals while advocating for user-centered solutions
- Apply design thinking principles in an agile environment and participate in cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, computer science, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in UX, including design strategy, prototyping, and digital experience design
- Proficiency with UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or InVision
- Strong knowledge of mobile and web UX best practices, usability principles, and responsive design
Key Skills

- Motion design or front-end coding
- Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and motivating stakeholders
Benefits
