Lead end-to-end design for Trainline’s White Label and Agent Tooling products while collaborating with various teams to deliver effective solutions. Champion accessibility and inclusivity in design, facilitating workshops and iterating based on user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for White Label and Agent Tooling products
- Partner with Product Managers to drive customer-centric outcomes across multiple B2B initiatives
- Collaborate with Research and Data teams to bring insights into design decisions and measure success
- Contribute to - and when needed, extend - the Design System, maintaining consistency and craft
Requirements
- Proven experience designing digital products end-to-end, ideally in B2B or platform-based environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing process, UX reasoning, and impact
- Working knowledge of iOS, Android, and Web patterns
Key Skills
- Proficient in Figma or similar design tools; comfortable with prototyping and usability testing
- Confident collaborating with Product, Engineering, and commercial stakeholders
