You will be a key member of the design team working collaboratively with engineers, product people, and other designers. Your work will focus on helping shoppers trust their product is authentic and high quality.
Responsibilities
- Key member of the design team working collaboratively with engineers, product people and other designers
- Participating in a range of activities and workshops
- Understanding user experience challenges and taking an empathetic and collaborative approach to problem solving
- Helping build and guide teams with a user-centric approach to design and build
Requirements
- Good experience of working as a product designer, solving B2B or B2C user problems
- Strong experience of collaborating within squads and teams, understanding how to thrive in a cross-functional environment
- Experience of designing elegant interactions and interfaces, whilst keeping an eye on the overall user experience
Key Skills
- Excellent communication skills and experience of storytelling to bring insights to life
- Experience of producing visual artefacts to build shared understanding of user problems
