Senior Product Designer (Contract)

Lead the full product design lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centered digital experiences. Mentor junior designers and ensure design consistency across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full product design lifecycle, including ideation, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and implementation
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
- Conduct user research to identify needs, behaviors, and pain points, applying insights to guide design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, user flows, and documentation to ensure consistency across products
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback and analytics
- Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of design excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital products
- Expertise across all phases of product design: user research, UX writing, wireframing, prototyping, visual and interaction design, and usability testing
- Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Productboard, Usertesting.com, and Asana
