Onsite Full-time Senior

The UX Designer will identify seller needs and design solutions with measurable impact while collaborating with product and engineering teams. They will also present design recommendations to stakeholders and ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify seller needs and design delightful solutions with measurable impact
  • Work with product team to develop high-level requirements
  • Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors
  • Develop and maintain detailed user-interface and interaction specifications
  • Present and defend design recommendations to partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership for review, feedback, and approval
  • Work with Tech teams to ensure a seamless implementation of designs and make trade-offs when needed while without compromising on core experience
  • Measure the success and effectiveness of your proposed designs

Requirements

  • Experience in design
  • Experience in delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer
  • Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices

  • Experience in design

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, or similar
