Design user interfaces and user experiences for Spirio's digital products across web and mobile platforms. Collaborate closely with co-founders and the product team to develop UI concepts and ensure design consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design interfaces and user experience for digital products (Web/iOS/Android)
- Develop UI concepts for future functionality based on Product Vision
- Animate and prototype main usage scenarios
- Generate and test hypotheses to improve the product and its key metrics
- Support cross-platform design system
- Regularly conduct usability testing and monitor metrics
- Control the quality of design implementation and ensure consistency across all platforms
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in designing mobile and web interfaces
- Advanced level of Figma (Components, Autolayouts, Design Tokens, etc.)
- Deep understanding of mobile guidelines: Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
- Strong visual design skills (Typography, Color Theory, Grid Systems, etc.)
- Understanding of atomic design principles and design frameworks (HCD, Design Thinking, Lean Design, etc.)
- Experience and understanding of UX Copywriting principles
- English language proficiency at the B2+ level
- Presence of a portfolio with detailed cases
Key Skills
- Strong UX and visual design skills
- Ability to leverage and expand an existing design system
- Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and usability heuristics
- Proven experience delivering design solutions in ambiguous and evolving problem spaces, with the ability to iterate quickly
- Proficiency with prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, or similar)
