Remote Full-time Lead

As a Lead Product Designer, you will drive design strategy and elevate design maturity at #paid through designing end-to-end solutions. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, user-centered solutions while collaborating closely with product and engineering partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large, scalable, cross-functional projects with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
  • Raise the team’s bar for craft and collaboration
  • Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience designing and shipping high-impact solutions in a product-led organization
  • Strong visual design skills with an understanding of the latest product design trends
  • Experience contributing scalable reusable components to an existing system

Key Skills

  • Systems thinker with a strong eye for patterns, cohesion, and scalability
  • Ability to explain the rationale behind design decisions and share work early with stakeholders
  • Experimentation mindset and knowledge of when to move fast versus when to invest in quality
