As a UX Designer, you will evaluate and document the performance of voice assistants and support user studies to analyze user needs. You will also contribute to the design of intuitive, multimodal user experiences for automotive environments.
Responsibilities
- Benchmarking & Competitive Analysis: Evaluate and document the performance, usability, and conversational flow of voice assistants
- User Research & Testing: Support the planning and execution of user studies, usability tests, and field research
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for design and product teams
- Voice & UX Design: Contribute to the design and prototyping of conversational and voice-driven user experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or a related field
- Foundational understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and design thinking methods
- Experience or coursework in voice interaction design, conversation design, or HMI design is a strong plus
- Basic proficiency in GUI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) preferred
Key Skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Curiosity and motivation to learn about automotive systems and multimodal UX
- Prior experience in the automotive or mobility domain is a plus
