Senior Product Designer (Financial Reporting & Tax Compliance)

The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end UX for financial reporting and tax compliance products, translating complex regulatory requirements into intuitive experiences. They will collaborate with PMs, engineering teams, and subject matter experts to drive product launches and enhance the reporting platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customers: accountants, auditors, finance professionals
- Own end-to-end UX for grids, formulas, regulatory reports, and multi-step compliance workflows
- Balance functional accuracy with usability
- Partner with Financial Reporting and Tax SMEs to understand accounting concepts, regulations, and user needs
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in Product Design building B2B SaaS products
- Experience designing reporting, analytics, or accounting products with a focus on automation and user experience
- Understanding of financial systems, data analytics, reporting platforms, and/or compliance frameworks (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP) from a design perspective
