As a UX designer, you will shape a rapidly expanding UX operation, establishing structure, processes, and user-driven methods in complex decision-making environments. You will collaborate with product owners, engineers, and architects to drive the organization towards a more customer-oriented and effect-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Create routines and working methods for the UX business
- Conduct insight work with end-users in various environments
- Map behaviors, needs, and decision-making contexts in technically advanced contexts
- Design customer journeys, concepts, prototypes, and service flows for multiple user types
Requirements
- Experience in service design, UX, UI, and user-centered development
- Previous work in transformation or change journeys
- Ability to navigate complex technical environments and multiple stakeholders
