Senior UX Designer (Figma, Agile Methodologies, Responsive design and Accessibility standards)

The Senior UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design user experiences across multiple products. They will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design user experiences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and business requirements
- Document design specifications and provide assets for development handoff
- Contribute to and evolve the design system
- Partner with other designers to maintain design quality and share best practices
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role in product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience with usability testing and user research methods
- Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
