Senior Product Designer

Independently own the end-to-end design process and participate in user research to inform design decisions. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver valuable solutions and contribute to the design team's culture.
Responsibilities
- Independently own the end-to-end design process from user flow diagrams to polished designs
- Participate in discovery calls and visits with users and synthesize research into key insights
- Partner with product managers and collaborate throughout the design process
- Work closely with engineers, QA, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and iterate on ideas
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Own and expand the design system
- Contribute to the design team’s culture of collaboration and support
- Mentor more junior members of the team
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in product design
- Experience working on enterprise or vertical SaaS
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Must be detail-oriented
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
