You will leverage the end-to-end product design process to increase the number of people who utilize their Spring benefits and improve on Springās member platform. You will co-lead your pod, partnering with PMs, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to execute Springās product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teammates to validate problems to solve and how to solve them
- Design solutions that test hypotheses and gain signals for further improvements
- Ship high quality work that improves the memberās experience
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a product designer at a software company
- Portfolio of work that demonstrates experience working in a growth design role
- Strong communication skills
Key Skills
- Expertise in product design, interaction design, information architecture, and UX writing
- Front-end development skills are nice to have
- Expertise with Figma and prototyping
