Design and lead mixed-methods research studies to address research questions and improve player experiences. Collaborate with product, design, and data scientists to translate research findings into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead mixed-methods research studies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, usability testing, and other appropriate methodologies
- Collaborate with product, design and data scientists to define research objectives, identify research needs, and prioritize projects
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our players, their behaviors, motivations, and needs
- Translate research findings into actionable and impactful insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Extensive experience in user research, preferably in the gaming or mobile app industry
- Expertise in a wide range of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Experience in translating a player's insight into impactful features in game
- Familiarity with testing tools such as UserTesting, PlaytestCloud, etc.
