Senior UX Researcher, Gen AI and Search

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will plan, execute, and synthesize research to create actionable insights for product development teams. You will translate research data into compelling stories that shape Targetâs products and enhance the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Select and apply appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methods based on project needs
- Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research projects
- Support product teams throughout the research project life cycle
- Communicate actionable recommendations to accelerate the impact of research
- Assist the broader UX Research team in keeping our ongoing research library up-to-date and comprehensive
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience practicing UX design research for digital product teams
- Experience in UX Research methods, including remote moderated and unmoderated testing, online and in-context (store) intercepts, experimenting with AI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong ability to tell compelling stories from data to communicate insights and recommendations
