The Senior UI/UX Designer will design and deliver exceptional user experiences for web and mobile applications. This role involves collaborating with product managers and developers to create intuitive designs and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive designs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines, design systems, and accessibility standards
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Work closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends and recommend improvements to enhance user experience
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design, design systems, and WCAG accessibility standards
