Lead the creation of high-impact visuals for marketing campaigns and product launches while overseeing event branding and promo materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and engaging visual narrative across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of high-impact visuals for integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and social content
- Conceptualise and oversee event branding, promo materials, and booth visuals
- Own and evolve website visual design and creative storytelling
- Develop compelling graphics for technical reports, infographics, investor materials, and internal decks
- Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual assets and channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging visual narratives
- Oversee special projects, including branded product campaigns, in coordination with external agencies and freelancers
- Contribute to the evolution of design processes and help shape the future of Kiln’s visual language
Requirements
- 5+ years in graphic or marketing design, ideally in a tech or startup environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills and creative process
- Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and presentation tools
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced, Web3-native environment
- Perfectly fluent (written and spoken) in English
