Collaborate with cross-functional Marketing teams to create high-quality visual concepts. Manage multiple projects while ensuring brand consistency and innovation across various formats.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional Marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into high-quality visual concepts and deliverables
- Develop on-brand visual content for a wide range of formats: social media assets, banners, flyers, posters, email creatives, and more
- Uphold and evolve the brand identity across all creative materials, ensuring consistency while fostering visual innovation
- Design for both digital and print channels, thoughtfully balancing layout, typography, and storytelling
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
- Prepare files for both print and digital production, safeguarding high-quality and timely output
Requirements
- 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within a fast-paced marketing or creative environment
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Good knowledge of Figma
- Demonstrated mastery in brand development and application of brand guidelines
- Strong command of visual layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Experience designing for digital (social media, banners, email) and print (flyers, posters, brochures)
- Impeccable attention to detail, creativity, adaptability, and ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders
