Hybrid Contract Senior
Sr Product Design Lead to lead the design of applications and platforms that support the Content Sales organization, focusing on transforming complex content licensing business workflows into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UX/UI design process using a Design Thinking framework
- Create prototypes to visualize concepts, user flows, and validate the design
- Translate intricate business logic into intuitive interfaces
- Conduct interviews, workshops and usability testing to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Work closely with the End User Community and the Functional Team to ensure that designs are understood and translated into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Requirements
- Proven experience with Design Thinking Framework
- 10+ years of experience
- Experience with design research
- Ability to coach and mentor team members
- Proven ability to coach their team through user-centric designs
