Instructional Designer / Graphic Designer Animation role responsible for planning and managing instructional design projects and initiatives, creating instructional courses, and developing graphic designs and animations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage instructional design projects and initiatives
- Develop instructional courses tailored to meet the desired learning outcomes and needs of the learners
- Utilize a variety of techniques to define and sequence instructional content
- Create curriculum by quickly and efficiently processing large volumes of information and collaborating with stakeholders to conduct research on the subject matter
- Create and maintain LMS learning activities, set up required training assignments in LMS, and create custom LMS reports
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in training/instruction
- Experience in graphic design and animation
