Graphic Designer

Fast Enterprises is seeking a Graphic Designer to create graphics and materials for various audiences, including conference attendees, website visitors, and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong creative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Creating Visual Assets: Design graphics, layouts, and materials for print and digital platforms
• Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with marketing, recruitment, and client teams to understand goals and translate them into impactful designs
• Storytelling Through Design: Use artistic abilities to convey complex ideas and evoke emotion through visuals
• Website & Digital Media Support: Assist in maintaining web content, working with HTML, CSS, and WordPress to implement design updates
• Multi-media Projects: Support video and motion graphics creation using After Effects, Premiere, or other tools as needed
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards
• Innovating & Adapting: Stay current with design trends and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table to keep materials engaging and relevant

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or a related field (Graphic Design emphasis preferred)
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and exposure to WordPress
• Experience with After Effects, Premiere, and Dreamweaver is a plus
