The Sr. UX Designer will own the end-to-end design process for the patient portal and clinic-facing tools, partnering closely with Product and Engineering. Responsibilities include UX research, UI design, user testing, and evolving design systems to improve patient care experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own UX products/features from discovery through launch and beyond
- Partner with product managers and engineers to contribute to product/engineering requirements
- Identify and articulate user needs, build prototypes to test, conduct user research, and refine solutions
- Rationalize and articulate design decisions grounded in human-centered design principles
- Grow and evolve our design systems with accessible, scalable components
Requirements
- 5+ years as a UX/Product designer
- Portfolio of professional work with case studies
- Experience with design tools such as Figma
- Experience designing responsive products/features
- Experience building smart, scalable design system components
