Responsibilities
- Lead design end-to-end for Reducto
- Develop brand new products and user workflows
- Build and own the design system, brand, and presentation to the world
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience shipping complex products
- Experience designing for engineers, researchers, or ops-heavy teams
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and define structure where none exists
