The Mid UI/UX Designer will collaborate closely with the product team to design mockups, wireframes, and user flows for new features and enhancements. They will also facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate stakeholder needs into polished design artifacts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the product team to design mockups, wireframes, and end-to-end user flows
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements
- Translate stakeholder needs and product requirements into intuitive, visually polished design artifacts
- Develop and maintain system-level documentation, including architectural diagrams, conceptual models, and other visual communication assets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Three (3) years of professional experience working directly with developers to refine mock ups, wire frames, and user flows
- Thorough understanding of both UX principles and concepts

- UI and UX design principles
- Web standards and accessibility
- Industry standard design software, such as Office Products, Figma, Adobe, Photoshop
