Lead design for major product features and ensure solutions are intuitive and visually appealing. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for major product features, ensuring solutions are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with business goals
- Translate business and user requirements into elegant, functional designs for mobile and web
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UIs
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and improve designs
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and user-centered design across the product lifecycle
- Maintain and evolve the product’s design system for consistency and scalability
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies, applying them thoughtfully to the product
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer
- Proven success designing for both mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms
- Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate ideas clearly
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and UX best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong written and spoken English skills (native or near-native fluency)
- Must be LATAM based, applicants from other countries will not be taken into consideration
