Responsibilities
- Drive product growth by designing and delivering new features and enhancements
- Act as a strategic design lead within a squad
- Create and help govern design systems
- Define and frame design challenges that span multiple squads
- Measure the impact of design decisions through research and data analysis
Requirements
- 4-8+ years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI expertise and end-to-end design ownership
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems
- Proficiency in Figma and other standard design tools
