Staff Product Designer

As a Staff Product Designer, you will elevate the visual design craft and transform the design system while owning a meaningful product area end-to-end. You will partner with PMs and engineers to prove that enterprise B2B software can be as beautiful and delightful as consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Elevate design craft and transform design system
• Define visual design direction for the platform
• Partner with marketing to unify brand and product design language
• Create frameworks and tools to multiply team effectiveness
• Own a product area and lead end-to-end design
• Design AI interactions that augment human judgment
• Design at platform scale
• Collaborate with PM and engineering as strategic partner
• Mentor designers and establish quality standards

Requirements

• Elevated design quality at scale
• Built or transformed design systems that improved team velocity and product consistency
• Strong opinions on component architecture, tokens, documentation, and system usability
• Exceptional visual design skills
• Mastery of typography, color theory, layout, and information design
