Responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives across the AI-driven operating system for nursing homes and senior living facilities
- Simplify complex healthcare workflows into elegant, user-friendly interfaces
- Own the end-to-end design process: discovery, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably with experience in B2B SaaS healthcare, healthtech, or other complex industries
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX thinking, crisp interaction design, and polished visual execution
- Expertise with modern design and prototyping tools (especially Figma)
