Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for multiple products, from concept through implementation, ensuring user-centered solutions that meet business objectives
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and researchers to communicate design intent and technical considerations
- Prototype, test, and iterate on designs at various fidelities, incorporating user feedback and usability testing
- Create comprehensive design documentation and artifacts, including user flows, wireframes, and interaction specifications
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering growth and building a strong design culture
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in UX and interaction design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence, complex information architecture, and UX strategy
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, XD, InVision, and Axure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas to cross-functional teams
- Experience mentoring designers and leading multiple projects in an agile environment
