Envision the future AI Agentic vision of the product while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience. Champion the adoption of design systems and mentor the design team to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Envision the future AI Agentic vision of the product, aligned with user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements
- Leverage storytelling to convey the design vision and user journey, transforming complex ideas into compelling narratives
- Collaborate with researchers, product managers, engineers, business, and other stakeholders to align on UX goals
- Champion the adoption of design systems to maintain consistency, cohesion, and alignment across products
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 10+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 8+ years experience working in product or service design
Key Skills
- Design thinking to solve problems
- Storytelling to convey design vision and user journey
- Experience in Vibe Coding (advantageous)
