The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with various teams to create and communicate product visions, ensuring high-quality consumer experiences. They will also mentor junior designers and work closely with multiple design teams to maintain seamless functionality across the app.
Responsibilities
- Build and pitch concepts through prototypes and presentations to communicate product vision and get stakeholder feedback and funding
- Create well-crafted experiences and translate them into high-quality design spec that helps engineering convert vision into reality
- Champion consumer-grade experiences, take pride in craftsmanship and be an example across the design and product team
- Partner closely with multiple design teams across geos to make sure functionality and workflows across the app are seamless
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design
- A strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in translating research insights into great product experiences
- 4+ years of experience shipping digital products in a product/software environment
