Lead design work across the full product lifecycle, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into meaningful user experiences and evolve the digital banking design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead design work across the full product lifecycle — from user research and discovery to final delivery
- Create clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity UI designs
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to translate requirements into meaningful user experiences
- Evolve, maintain, and expand the digital banking design system to ensure consistency and scalability
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Product Design / UI/UX with a strong, relevant portfolio
- Strong skills in UX and UI, with exceptional attention to detail and visual clarity
- Proficient in Figma and modern design & prototyping tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
