As a UX Designer, you will work on both client projects and internal assignments within our consulting business. You will be responsible for leading design teams and ensuring user-centered design principles are applied effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of successfully leading design teams
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Experience from agile development methodologies and collaboration with developers
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
