As a UX Designer, you will design intuitive tools that support various users throughout the learning journey and lead user-centered design processes to enhance learning outcomes. You will also simplify complex systems and drive innovation in learning technology.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, scalable tools that support learners, content creators, and administrators throughout the learning journey
- Lead user-centered design processesâconduct research, identify user pain points, and craft solutions that elevate learning outcomes and engagement
- Fast-cycle iteration: Test concepts, gather feedback, and refine designs to meet evolving user needs
- Simplify complex systems: Translate intricate organizational structures and learning workflows into clear, seamless user experiences
- Drive innovation: Bring the latest in learning technologyâAI, adaptive learning, experiential learning, and moreâinto future-proof digital solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX design experience
- Strong command of user-centered design principles
- Passion for learning, education, or digital development platforms
- Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and working with design systems, using tools such as Figma, Framer, and Miro
