Netflix is looking for a Design Lead for Personalized Experiences to shape how members interact with the platform and create personalized entertainment experiences.
Responsibilities
- Craft the Vision: Define what "member input" truly means for Netflix
- Design with Purpose: Partner across disciplines to imagine and build experiences that use member input to fuel personalization, promote content, and create lasting engagement
- Build the System: Architect the Input Design System — a creative toolkit that enables scalable, beautiful, and coherent experiences across the platform
- Lead the Way: Guide a multidisciplinary team through ambiguity to clarity
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing intuitive, impactful user experiences for consumer-facing products across mobile, web, and/or TV platforms
- Background in discovery, search, or merchandising experiences is a strong plus
- Proven track record of designing and shipping large-scale, personalized products
- Deep understanding of the intersection between UX, AI, and user journeys
