Senior UX Researcher

Join a dynamic team as a Senior UX Researcher, leading user experience initiatives for innovative products. This role combines research, design, and strategy to create intuitive interfaces that meet user and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing
- Develop user journey maps, personas, process flows, and prototypes (low and high fidelity) in Figma
- Collaborate with designers and developers to realize project vision
- Lead or participate in design thinking workshops
- Create and implement interactive guides and microcopy to improve user onboarding and engagement
- Analyze data from user testing and analytics tools to recommend design enhancements
- Document research findings, create strategy briefs, and communicate insights clearly
- Present research and design solutions to cross-functional teams
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Support continual process improvements aligning with ISO standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in UX research, design, or strategy
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience facilitating design thinking workshops and conducting user research sessions
- Proficiency with Figma, Figjam, and other prototyping/design tools
- Analytical skills with tools like Maze, Google Analytics, or similar
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Design eye and attention to detail
