Senior Product Designer, Risk and Protection

Turo is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft seamless user experiences, driving business growth and protecting hosts and guests. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience designing consumer mobile products.

Responsibilities

• Lead every stage of the design process
• Work closely with data analytics partners to shape UX questions and leverage insights to inform design decisions
• Design impactful solutions that reduce complexity, eliminate design debt, and raise the bar for craft and polish
• Present designs, rationale, and user insights effectively to cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
• Be a role model for Turo’s design principles, process, and company values

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing consumer mobile products
• Experience designing for various forms of testing
• Data-informed mindset with a track record of using insights to elevate design quality
• Low-ego, collaborative approach to problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork
• Strong judgment, adaptability, and a bias for action
