The Design Lead is an expert player-coach who can set a strategic design vision, guide research and design implementation, and deliver high-quality materials at speed.
Responsibilities
- Champion a human-centered product vision for the POD
- Lead the evolution of the platform to an integrated system with advanced predictive analytics and user experience orchestration
- Lead and own execution of design efforts in agile cadence
- Operational excellence & continuous improvement
- Cross-Functional collaboration
Requirements
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in leading design within cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- 5+ years leading design teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment
- UX Design/Figma expertise
- 8+ years of experience

- Figma – design & interaction tool
- Miro – business collaboration tool
- Jira – Project management and tracking
