Nava is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the user experience of their product suite. The ideal candidate will have experience owning end-to-end product design and a strong background in research, synthesis, and storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Own design for a core product area from discovery through delivery
- Design AI-first experiences that feel intuitive, human, and powerful
- Partner with PMs, engineers, and benefits experts to simplify complex healthcare problems
- Translate research into flows, interfaces, and patterns that scale across web + mobile
Requirements
- Senior-level designer with experience owning end-to-end product design
- Strong in research, synthesis, and storytelling
- Skilled in interaction design, visual systems, and prototyping
